MARF celebrates 1,000th pet adoption

The Madison Animal Rescue Foundation (MARF) and the City of Madison joined in celebrating the 1,000th pet adoption from the Madison Animal Control Shelter. "Kilo" was recovered last week by our Animal Control Officers and now he hopes to find a new home with the help of MARF. A non-profit organization, MARF houses, provides care for and attempts find homes for animals whose owners cannot be located. MARF is funded primarily by donation. If you would like to make a donation or adopt a pet, please go to the Madison Animal Rescue Foundation website or contact the Madison Animal Control Unit.
