Ten people found themselves put out of their homes Wednesday night after a fire ravaged an apartment building in Madison
The fire broke out at an apartment at 118 Michael Avenue, near Wall Triana and Gillespie, around 10:30 p.m.
All residents reportedly made it out safely.
Firefighters said the fire started in the bottom left unit and damaged the unit above it. They battled the blaze for about half an hour before they were able to get it contained.
The Madison Fire Department is working to determine the cause of the fire.
